MIXED MARTIAL ARTS ( MMA )
Mixed Martial Arts ( MMA) is designed for competition such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Pride Fighting Championship, and HooknShoot. Most fighters are either in a boxing ring, in a cage, or sometimes in the street.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling (Freestyle/Greco-Roman) are the four styles that comprise the core of nearly all modern MMA training. In order to compete against today's trained fighter you must be comfortable on your feet as well as on the ground.
At MOHLER Mixed Martial Arts ( MMA ), we will help
make you well-rounded in all four styles to become a true Mixed Martial Artist.
Boxing: For hand speed, head movement, and punching
Muay Thai: For your elbows, knees, and shin kicks
Wrestling: Takedowns and working the clinch
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Submissions, ground control, striking on the ground into submission.
